Emmegi was once again a participant at the “Meeting″ event in Rimini as supplier of the videowalls installed at the fairgrounds. This important annual event involves roughly one million

participants, 170,000 sqm of exhibition space, 11 meeting and conference rooms with seating capacity from 200 to 10,000, two hundred sponsor companies and a high level of visibility in Italy. The objective of this event is to bring together young people and authorities in the economic, public and political spheres, with the participation of distinguished guests, such as the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napoletano, FIAT CEO Sergio Marchionne and many others.

Our company is proud to put its tools at your disposal in order to disseminate important ideals that put people at the center of life. Emmegi took part in this event by renting out some 200 seamless, high-resolution LCD monitors for videowalls, and another 100 large-format LCD, LED, and plasma monitors installed at various points in the exhibition venue.

Furthermore, Emmegi helped implement IT networks for the offices and for the stand of the Foundation for

Subsidiarity, whose president is Giorgio Vittadini. It also supplied professional audio equipment for the dense program of conferences taking place during the event and, lastly, we installed, as we have done for the past 3 years, all the video and IT equipment for the spacious exhibition venue.

The Foundation for Subsidiarity was founded in 2002 by initiative of Giorgio Vittadini together with a group of academics and entrepreneurs as a place for research, training and education on cultural, social and economic themes in reference to the principle of subsidiarity in order to promote a freer, more vital and more solidary society.

The Foundation is motivated by a desire for truth and to affirm the freedom of each individual. It has created a broad network of multidisciplinary collaborations in Italy and internationally.

The Foundation avails itself of the work of scientific departments staffed by academicians and experts.

The main areas of study and research are: subsidiarity, public administration, human rights and multiculturalism, education and instruction, welfare and social enterprise, economics and labor, cooperation for development, home and geographical community, public utilities and infrastructure. Particular emphasis is placed on the methodological approach of the cultural and scientific activities. The Foundation’s online newspaper and its publications, studies, research projects, masters courses, schools, courses, conventions and seminars are above all the fruit of critical and systematic thinking starting from current experiences.

We hope a lot of you were there!

Sponsors: We were also sponsors, providing the technological equipment for the stand of “CDO, Compagnia delle Opere”, which, as it does every year, created an exceptional exhibition space.
